We encourage you to choose a local courier. How to return an item in three simple steps: 1. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in their original and unused condition in the original packaging. 2. Send your package to our warehouse and remember to request a proof of purchase, including the tracking number, from the postal service. Make sure to choose a commercial delivery option (not a drop-off point). 3. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving your return package at our warehouse. We will refund the money by the same payment method you used for the purchase unless agreed otherwise. Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange, following the same procedure as mentioned above.
